“Mystic Meadow” captures the magic of a perfect sunrise in the middle of Namaqualand’s flower carpets. I exaggerated the colors to reflect the almost overwhelming beauty of seeing those fields in person. The piece is meant to leave the viewer feeling happy and wrapped in a sense of quiet peace.
