1. General Principle

Due to the bespoke and collectible nature of our artworks, all sales are considered final unless the item is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was presented.

2. Cooling-Off Period

In line with the Consumer Protection Act, a 7-day cooling-off period applies to eligible purchases. This excludes commissioned, custom, or made-to-order artworks.

3. Damaged or Defective Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund.

4. “Not What I Expected” Returns

If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Return Logistics

Returns must be securely packaged in original materials. The client is responsible for return shipping
and insurance until the artwork is safely received.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned artwork.

7. Commissioned / Made-to-Order Works

Commissioned or made-to-order artworks are non-refundable once production has begun.

8. Editioned Works / Limited Editions

Limited edition and investment-grade works may not be eligible for return unless defective.

9. Exchanges Instead of Refunds (Brand-Positive Option)

We’re happy to offer exchanges or credit notes where possible, helping you find a piece you truly love.

1. Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all artworks sold are original and authentic, created by the represented artist, and accurately described.

2. Condition Warranty (at Time of Sale)

Each artwork is carefully inspected prior to dispatch and is warranted to be in excellent condition unless otherwise stated.

3. Care Responsibility

Proper care and installation are the responsibility of the collector. Guidance can be provided upon request.

4. Artist-Specific Variations

For high-end positioning:

Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, slight variations are inherent and form part of the artwork’s uniqueness.

5. Framing & Installation Clause

Any third-party framing or installation may void the warranty if it results in damage.

1. Ready-to-Ship Artworks

Available artworks are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery within South Africa usually takes 2–5 business days thereafter,
depending on location.

2. Made-to-Order / Commissioned Works

Many of our pieces are created on demand.

Please allow 2–12 weeks for production, depending on the artist and medium.

Estimated timelines will be shared at the time of purchase.

3. Framed Works

If framing is required, an additional 5–10 business days may apply.

4. International Shipping

International delivery typically takes 5–10 business days once dispatched, excluding customs clearance.

5. Tracking & Communication

You will receive a tracking link once your artwork has been dispatched.

We remain available throughout the process to assist with updates.

6. Delays (Important Protection Clause)

While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including artist production schedules, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

We will communicate any changes as early as possible.

7. Delivery Care

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.

Please inspect your artwork upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any damage.
