Refund policy

  1. General Principle Due to the bespoke and collectible nature of our artworks, all sales are considered final unless the item is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was presented.
  2. Cooling-Off Period In line with the Consumer Protection Act, a 7-day cooling-off period applies to eligible purchases. This excludes commissioned, custom, or made-to-order artworks.
  3. Damaged or Defective Artwork If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund. 
  4. “Not What I Expected” Returns If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  5. Return Logistics Returns must be securely packaged in original materials. The client is responsible for return shipping and insurance until the artwork is safely received.
  6. Refund Processing Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned artwork.
  7. Commissioned / Made-to-Order Works Commissioned or made-to-order artworks are non-refundable once production has begun.
  8. Editioned Works / Limited Editions Limited edition and investment-grade works may not be eligible for return unless defective.
  9. Exchanges Instead of Refunds (Brand-Positive Option) We’re happy to offer exchanges or credit notes where possible, helping you find a piece you truly love.
