'Just for now'
Vast landscapes in my artwork is symbolic to what the natural world represents to me, a space for finding mental and spiritual clarity. Just for now was inspired by the Klein Karoo landscapes, particularly the Langberg mountains near Montagu, a place that I am continually drawn back to as I always find this clarity there. “Just for now” is just that, in this moment, everything feels perfect, regardless of the outside reality
