Claire Greenspan

Claire grew up in Pretoria before moving to Cape Town to study at Michaelis School of Fine Art. She later earned a Social Work degree and worked in the field for several years, followed by completing a 2-year Make-Up for Film, Theatre and Special Effects course at City Varsity.

 A professional photographer since 2012, Claire has always painted and is now pursuing it full-time. She has exhibited in both solo and group shows, including a 2022 solo exhibition at The Yard, V&A Waterfront, held in memory of her late husband. She also took part in Solo Studios Intimate Encounters (2023) and has exhibited at Ground Art Caffe and The Space Gallery at Spice Route.
